“I am a mother by choice. Work from home gives me an opportunity to cherish my motherhood along with my passion to work. It is little difficult initially to manage both however I schedule my week, so only priorities in weekdays. Whenever my baby is sleeping or not around, I make calls for up to 5 hours. For the rest of the time, I research, work on reports and emails. All the other things, I leave for weekend. This way, I balance between my work and home.”
