Tennis & F1 Lover Mansi Shares Her Growth Story At #Accenture

Mansi Arora, a senior manager at Accenture, loves binging on tennis and Formula One. She chats with us on how her journey with Accenture has been. Read on for more:

Tell us about yourself, your role at Accenture and how have you grown in it?

I am a senior manager with Accenture’s Strategy practice for Supply Chain and Operations. My work at Accenture involves working with clients to shape and implement sustainable cost optimization initiatives and help fuel profitable growth for clients. I am currently focused on helping clients transform their supply chain and operations through digital technologies.

Before joining Accenture, I worked with Honda in India where I was responsible for cost management of auto components for current and future car models.

My journey with Accenture has been greater than what I had envisioned when I joined Accenture 10 years ago as a supply chain and operations analyst. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to lead engagements that deliver significant business outcomes for financial services, telecom, retail and resources clients in India, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Australia, United States and The Netherlands.

A decade at Accenture has honed my ability to say yes to challenging work, appreciate the power of diverse teams and most importantly, I have learnt the importance of nurturing relationships.

What is it you do apart from working?

Beyond work, I am on the quest to unravel the new and unknown through travel and books. Also, I binge on tennis and Formula 1 apart from enjoying gourmet food.

How has Accenture helped you grow professionally and personally?

During my Accenture journey, I have worked with exceptionally talented colleagues, humble leaders and generous mentors. At Accenture, it is not unusual to rub shoulders with senior leaders who lead with authenticity, relentlessly drive value for clients and are equally committed to successful careers for Accenture people.

An advice for anyone joining Accenture?
