Is Your Workplace Unintentionally Sexist?

Sexism.

Dictionary defines sexism as prejudice, stereotyping, or discrimination, typically against women, on the basis of sex.

Every professional woman - in almost every context - experiences some form of sexism, no matter how “subtle.” And we get used it, because if we don’t, we’ll never have a career (and if we focused on it all the time, we would almost certainly lose our minds).

We spoke to women in our community about their experiences, and this is what came up.
