Take a cup of green tea and add a few drops of peppermint essential oil. Two to three drops should suffice. To this, add one tablespoon of white vinegar. Mix the liquid well. Now, let your hair be under runny water. While your hair is wet, pour the green tea mixture and leave the liquid mask on to your hair for some 5 minutes. Rinse the hair with a mild shampoo, rubbing the scalp thoroughly to let the liquid leave.

Fruits that you eat are great not just for your body but also for your hair. In this simple hair treatment, all you have to do is to take the peels of orange, add a bit of lime juice to it and blend the ingredients in a mixer. Apply this paste on your scalp and hair. Leave it on for the next 30 minutes and then rinse well.

Orange peel in combination with lemon juice acts as dandruff controller. Orange in general also strengthens your hair.

Take a large onion and grind it in a mixer. Make it into a smooth paste. Now, apply that paste on your scalp and hair until it is fully covered. Leave it on for an hour and then wash your hair with a mild shampoo.

#9. Finding a solution in fenugreek seeds

In this treatment, you will need fenugreek seeds. Soak the seeds in water and leave them overnight. The next day morning, grind the seeds with hibiscus leaves. A handful of hibiscus leaves will do. Take half a cup of yoghurt and add the mixture. Now, blend the paste so as to make it smooth. Apply it on your hair and let it be for close to 30 minutes. Make sure to apply the paste on your scalp as well. Post that, use a shampoo to wash your hair.

Take half a cup of sour curd. Add two tablespoons of mayonnaise to it. Stir the mixture. Now add another two tablespoons of aloe vera to it. Mix the paste until it is smooth. Apply it on your hair and leave the mask on for some one hour. Rub the paste gently on the scalp. Rinse your hair with shampoo after an hour.

Sour curd treats dandruff on your scalp while mayonnaise and aloe vera adds moisture and shine to your hair.

Take two bananas and mash them in a bowl. Ensure there are no lumps left. To this mashed banana paste, add one tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of olive oil, and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Apply this mixture to your hair and leave it on for 1 hour. Post that, rinse the hair with a mild shampoo, preferably sulfate free.

Take two tablespoons of coconut oil and add two tablespoons of lemon juice to it. Now gently massage the liquid to your scalp. Let it also soak your hair strands. If you have very long and voluminous hair, you may need more tablespoons of oil and lemon juice. Let the quantity be according to your need. Keep your hair soaked in oil and lemon juice for close to 45 minutes. After that rinse it with shampoo and pat with a clean towel. Remember to not rub your hair with the towel.
